  • Vehicles are intended for on-road use only.
  • Off-road driving is not recommended due to the high risk of vehicle damage.

• Smoking:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • This is to ensure a clean and fresh experience for all customers.

• Pets:

  • Customers are requested not to bring pets into the vehicle.
  • This is to prevent unhealthy conditions or potential damage to the vehicle.

• Modification:

  • Any additions, changes, or modifications to the vehicle's original design are prohibited.

• Overloading:

  • Adhere to the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for optimal vehicle performance.

• Racing and Speeding:

  • Participation in any racing activities is prohibited.
  • Driving above the legally permitted speed limits is not allowed due to safety concerns.

• Unauthorized Drivers:

  • Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.
  • Any additional drivers must be formally added and informed.

• Negligence:

  • Customers are responsible for the vehicle's care and management.
  • Take appropriate measures to prevent any damage, including ensuring proper parking.

• Violation of Traffic Laws:

  • All traffic laws and regulations must be obeyed throughout the rental period.

• Failure to Report Incidents:

  • In the event of any accident or damage, it is mandatory to inform our team immediately, following the required procedures.

• Crossing UAE Borders:

  • Driving the rented vehicle outside the United Arab Emirates is not permitted.
  • This action violates the terms and conditions outlined on our website.

Maintenance

• Maintain basic car upkeep, such as checking tire pressure and fuel levels.
• Immediately report any mechanical issues encountered.

Cleaning

• Keep the car reasonably clean with a simple wash.
• Avoid using car washes that charge excessive fees for exterior cleaning.
• Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty or stained upon return.

Authorized Drivers

• Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the rented vehicle.

Secure Parking

• Park the vehicle in safe and designated areas.
• Avoid actions that could be considered offensive or cause disapproval.
• Do not park in prohibited areas or locations where fines are likely.

Vehicle Security

• Ensure the vehicle is secured by locking doors and windows when unattended.

Insurance Coverage

• Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the insurance policies.
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately.

Extension of Rental Period

• If you need to extend your rental period, contact customer support in advance to arrange this.

Extra Kilometer Charges

• Each additional kilometer driven will be charged at AED 2.
• Please be mindful of the total distance traveled.

Excess Claim Amount

• An excess claim amount of AED 2000 applies.
• This is in place for your peace of mind while driving in Dubai.

Fueling Policy

• Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you received it.
• A refueling charge of AED 100 to AED 500 will apply if the fuel level is below the starting point.

Damages

• We appreciate you treating our vehicles with care.
• Normal wear and tear is expected.
• A detailed list of potential damages and their associated costs is available upon request from our company representatives.

Cleaning Charges

• To maintain the vehicle's pristine condition, a cleaning fee of AED 200 will be applied if necessary.

Traffic Fines

• You are responsible for any traffic fines incurred.
• Additionally, a processing fee of AED 20 will be applied for each traffic fine.
